Hello, BoostBySocial (herein referred to as Company, we, us, or our). You, as a client, user or you (herein referred to as, you) agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as listed below legally, upon accessing our web site at boostbysocial.com or by utilizing any of our services.

These terms should be read attentively before undertaking any purchases or making use of any services. Use of our services is not allowed in case you do not agree with these terms.

About Our Services

The list of the platforms on which BoostBySocial provides social media growth services includes Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Tik Tok just to name a few. Our services are offered by real human social media specialists and will be aimed at getting you more followers, more interaction, and more online presence in their natural forms.

Services we offer are, but not limited to:

2. Eligibility

Through our services, you attest to the fact that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are the rightful owner of the social media account or accounts that you uploaded to our service or that you are authorised to use them.
  • You will provide true and correct information during registration and service onboarding.

Account Access & Credentials

To offer our services, our staff will require a way to access your social media account or accounts which might contain any of your log-in details (password and username). In providing these details, you agree to:

  • You voluntarily provide BoostBySocial with temporary access to manage your account.
  • The use of your login information will simply be used to receive the agreed service.
  • BoostBySocial will treat your credentials with utmost confidence.
  • It is absolutely your duty to ensure that your account does not violate the regulations of the social media network used.
  • You will change your account password after the service engagement is concluded.
  • BoostBySocial will not be responsible for any measures that the social media platform will undertake due to the past misconducts of your account.

Service Delivery & Timeline

  • The beginning of the set-up of the accounts will be within 48 hours after the successful payment.
  • Initial results are expected after 72 hours of setup.
  • Through our organic growth strategies, we will ensure an increase of 30-40 percent in the engagement.
  • As growth is contingent on a set of variables, some but not all of which include quality of accounts in use, niche, content, and platform algorithm behavior, we cannot assure a specific number of followers.
  • Delays due to platform crash, changes to the algorithms or other circumstances that are beyond the control of BoostBySocial are not part of the responsibility of BoostBySocial.

What We Do NOT Do

BoostBySocial strictly prohibits and does not engage in:

  • Buying or selling counterfeited followers or likes.
  • Employing bots, automation technology or AI-generated interaction.
  • Unethical content, mass following/unfollowing, or engagement pods.
  • Any practice that contravenes the service or community policies of any social media platform.

Any client found to be requesting or encouraging such activity may have their service terminated without refund.

Payments

  • All payments are done via bank-to-bank transfer and secure payment applications.
  • We state the prices of our services on our site, and they may vary at any moment.
  • The payment should be full prior to the services.
  • To record, every cash transaction is registered with a transaction acknowledgement.
  • By making a payment, you certify to have read and accept these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

We operate a fair and transparent refund policy based on genuine circumstances:

  • Eligibility of the refund: You may request a refund in case our social media team has not yet managed your account.
  • Ineligibility of refund: It will be considered as services delivered after account management has begun and will not be reimbursed.
  • Refunds in partial: BoostBySocial might take into consideration special cases.
  • BoostBySocial has the full right to decide on any refund.
  • The request of refund should be done in a written form through our contact channels.

We do not issue refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with the rate of follower growth, as results vary based on account quality and platform algorithm behaviour.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • BoostBySocial does not have any account suspension, restriction, or penalty imposed by any social media platform because of using our services.
  • In specific outcomes, such as the number of followers, reach, or revenue, we are not making any promises.
  • BoostBySocial is not liable to any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages caused by the use and even inability to use our services.
  • The price that would be paid on the specific service we are dealing with will be the highest limit of our liability to any customer.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide exact information regarding your account and objectives.
  • Prior to onboarding, ensure that your account is in compliance with terms of service of the relevant social media platform.
  • Be active on your profile and assist with organic growth efforts.
  • Do not provide any other third party unapproved with your login details whilst our personnel attend to your account.
  • You should immediately report to us about any unexpected changes in your account or logins.

Intellectual Property

The written, pictorial, logical and service descriptions of the BoostBySocial website are all the intellectual property of Battersea Consultant and should not be copied, printed or distributed without the written authorization.

Termination of Service

BoostBySocial reserves the right to terminate or suspend service to any client at any time if:

  • The client violates these terms and conditions.
  • It turns out that the account of the client is concerned with illegal, harmful, or abusive operations.
  • The client requests the strategies that violate the platform regulations.
  • The continued operation of the service endangers the staff, reputation and other customers of BoostBySocial.

In the event of termination due to client misconduct, no refund will be issued.

Amendments to Terms

We have the right to update, change or replace these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be implemented immediately they are updated on our site. By just using our services after any changes, you accept the new terms. You have the responsibility of reviewing these terms occasionally.

Governing Law

The terms and conditions applied with regards to the interpretation of these terms and conditions will be governed and applied by the laws that apply to the place of business. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the concerned courts.
